Cancellation policy
We have a cancellation policy to ensure smooth booking of appointments which enables our time to be used efficiently and ensures patients are able to make appointments at a time and day of their choice.
We ask you give 2 working days’ notice to cancel appointments. This is to enable us to re fill the now vacant slot and offer the appointment to someone else.
For appointments of 30 minutes or longer we would prefer even longer notice. We understand that occasionally illness or emergencies occur and you may not be able to give as much notice in those instances.
We reserve time in our schedule for you and ask that you are considerate when needing to alter an appointment.
A fee may be charged if you are unable to give adequate notice of cancellation or fail to attend an appointment.
