Len qualified from Cardiff Dental School in 1986. He has worked in general practice in Caerphilly and Bridgend. His special interests include cosmetic dentistry, implants and caring for patients with bite (occlusal) and jaw and headache problems.
Len’s free time is taken up with sailing, antiques, DIY and motorcycling.
Dr Sophie Clayton

Sophie graduated with honours from Cardiff University in 2015 and has been a valued member of the Bridge Dental Care team ever since. She has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry and full smile makeovers.
Sophie completed three years of postgraduate training at King’s College London, achieving a distinction in her MSc in Aesthetic Dentistry. She has also undertaken additional postgraduate training in veneers and holds a diploma in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.
Passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles, Sophie is especially skilled at putting anxious patients at ease.
Outside of dentistry, Sophie represented Wales in hockey at two Commonwealth Games (Glasgow and Gold Coast). She now enjoys cycling, keeping fit in the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr Rob Davies

Rob qualified from Cardiff Dental School in 1997 and has worked both in general dental practice and hospital roles over the years and brings a wealth of experience to the team both in complex restorative care and oral surgery. He has a special interest in complex wear and restorative cases that need a multi disciplinary approach.
Rob has an ethos of putting the patient at the centre of their care and therefore developing a shared plan.
Rob has a passion for postgraduate education and runs one of the 7 postgraduate schemes for newly qualified dentist across Wales.
Outside of dentistry Rob loves his golf and garden.

Dr. Megan Faulkner is a Specialist Orthodontist. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Liverpool and furthered her expertise with a Master of Science (MSc). Dr. Faulkner is a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) and holds the Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) and Fellowship in Dental Surgery (Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCS Ed). She currently practices as a Consultant Orthodontist at Bridge Dental Care in Newport.
