Helen qualified as a hygienist in 2012 and has worked at the practice since. Before that she worked with her Dad as a dental nurse.

Helen is passionate about dental hygiene, improving gum health and ensuring fresh breath. Helen also has a special interest in facial aesthetics which she enjoys.

Outside work, Helen is a Mum to her 2 young children, she enjoys music and running.
